A frenetic, full orchestral piece with a retro Film Music feel. This music would be perfect for a scene where a character is hanging on to (or precariously riding on top of) a fast vehicle such as a train. It could also be used for any other type of scene where perilous madcap music is needed to help propel the action along.

The Music starts with an introductory ascending motif that leads into the main perpetual “ride cymbal” music. Swirling strings appear before the main theme is introduced and this section gives a sense of both the mechanical rhythm of an engine and comic peril. At around 0:30 there is a change of feel as the music becomes a bit more menacing for a few seconds. At 0:40, the music drops down to a brief quirky rhythm only section before loud timpani and a cymbal crash reintroduce the main theme, now played in a different key. This is a shortened version of the opening theme which seques into repeated motifs over a fading accompaniment. The music comes to a satisfying conclusion with ascending pizzicato strings leading to a quizzical unresolved chord.
