Hi wormeyman,

I’m sorry you received that message but I assure you it was in error.

Rumblefish does have the authority to license this track but my contract with them explicitly states that it is on a non-exclusive basis. I am absolutely free to license the track in other avenues, such as through this site, and your use of it is entirely legitimate.

Was your video taken down? Is there some way I can help rectify the situation?

Hey Ryan i filed a counter claim on YouTube and they dropped their claim, it was super late when i finished the video upload and i was really tired and frustrated. Everything is good now .
