As the title suggests, this is a crazy, madcap piece that would suit comic, slapstick scenes.
After a brief rhythmic introduction on the Cylinder Organ, the main theme is played on brass, woodwind and synth brass, over a tuba and bass accompaniment with percussion. This is followed by a central section with a contrasting syncopated Charleston feel. The main theme then repeats, with slight variations, before leading up to the short ending.
