I don’t think Uncorked entertainment uses 4 tracks from this author. We didn’t have any problems, this is 2020 year movie but suddenly this author claims 4 tracks from this movie https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10674930/. This is first time we have problem with music in movie. All other companies always release all music claims from movies, but elite alliance is something absolutely inadequate and horrible. Greedy shady company. Let’s see how it resolve, but I don’t think Uncorked entertainment released movie without any license. Most likely this greedy elite alliance try to steal any penny on YouTube. Sadly but producers will not use this platform and needs to include provision regarding not work with elite alliance for any music they use in movies.
Not 4 tracks, but 3
timecodes: Evil Drone 51:11 – 53:58
Eerie Atmosphere 48:11 – 48:37; 53:58 – 55:11
Soundscape Atmosphere Ominous 41:40 – 43:40
Interesting. So you stated they use your music in movie without your license? This movie is on many platforms. We have license for this movie from them and music cue sheet and there are no name there. How is it possible?
Unfortunately, this happens more often than you might imagine. If a music supervisor is sure that a track isn’t protected, either fictitious names or names of people who are not the creators of the source are put on music cue sheet. This is done to avoid further distribution fees. And, as a rule, such cases only come to light years later.
But SCORE STUDIO looks legit and their tracks here also. And all other music in that movie looks legit names. Very interesting. I hear this first time. Do you think they wanna save couple hundred dollars on movie budget and just steal your music? Did you contact them about this problem?
This is music cue sheet for this movie. Cue # Music Track Title Duration Usage Composer(s) / Writer(s)* Performance Rights Society(ies)* Publisher(s)* TC in TC out

The fact remains that this cue sheet on the timecodes lists some other creator instead of me. The movie was released in 2020, and my audio assets (as you can see here) were published in 2016.
Let’s see what they say. We don’t know when listed tracks were released. We have many fraudulent music claims recently from scam actors who put cuts from popular movies with actor voices to content ID. Anyway lets see. There are no any information about you, no real name. It looks suspicious for composer. who are you Mr. Crypt-of-Insomnia?
Real names and mailing addresses are disclosed to all purchasers of content because this information is included in the license. If Uncorked Entertainment has purchased the license, they will have this information. In addition, composer registration on the Envato platform is done with full identity and document verification through the Jumio (USA) service. Your account was registered on Envato just today, there is no information about you. My identity has been verified on this platform, but yours has not. If you would like to obtain private composer data, please contact Envato support with a formal request.
yes, I registered today, because elite alliance claimed our videos and want to delete it because of Content ID claimed your songs in our movie. I don’t need this service as I far away from music. But I close to movie industry. As I told we never had any problems with music claims, never and all companies (Haawk, Adrev, Orchard, etc.) always released every claim that ever appeared on any movie. As it’s well known all music in movies is licensed. I cannot even think before that producer of the movie or any company can steal someones music. It makes no sense. I can understand when user generated video use some music without permission, but I never heard that about movies.
This movie (with all music) registered with US Copyright office
It is obvious that you are having difficulties with the company from which you purchased the distribution rights. You and I have not had any trade or monetary agreements. The CID fingerprint system recognized my content and the agency protecting me acted in accordance with YouTube’s copyright policies. This situation makes the people responsible for compiling the film’s audio track look like either frauds or incompetent.
Uncorked Entertainment grants all rights including all music in this movie. So you will have deal with Uncorked anyway. We addressed all claims to them and it’s their contact obligation. So they will be involved anyway.
Great. In this case, they will be able to correct all legal violations. Thank you for the constructive dialogue.
Do you plan to contact Uncorked Entertainment? If this is really your music in this movie, they need to solve this problem. Maybe it will expedite the process.
After you called Elite Alliance (and by extension me, on whose behalf they operate) a greedy company trying to steal your money, I will only engage in dialogue with Uncork’d Entertainment through Elite Alliance arbitration so that everything is documented. Anyway, this issue will be resolved on two counts: 1. Confirmation of licensing 2. Corrections to the music cue sheet Or they will be sent DMCA
I can confirm it – you and your Elite Alliance are greedy crooks who steal music from other sources. No, you are absolutely wrong. You will not take down any of our videos. If you do this, we will file counter notification and our video will b e live anyway and you will be responsible for any damages.
Don’t worry, we are working with YouTube and other big companies from who you are stealing money and YouTube cancel your Content ID soon. Cheap dirty scammers. (1) I was recently contacted by Keith Leopard [President of Uncork’d Entertainment], and he confirmed the violation of my rights committed by their company.
(2) Justin Price [producer of Abominable] was contacted, and he also confirmed that my soundtracks had been used without the proper license. The sound producer who worked with them in those years cheated and used my soundtracks.
(3) Uncork’d Entertainment relicensed and purchased 3 new licenses as compensation for the years the film had been distributed without true rights.
(4) Justin Price made a promise to correct the music cue sheet and enter the corrected data with my composer credentials. And to further pass this sheet on to anyone who has purchased the distribution rights to this movie.
(5) You will be able to obtain three correct licenses for the affected sound assets as well as an updated music cue sheet from Uncork’d Entertainment.
(6) I look forward to an apology for insinuations on your part.
All these questions should be asked to Tony Fabian – music advisor of the Uncorked Entertainment. So far, all evidence suggests that the affected sound assets were used without a proper license.
Do you know Julian Beeston (Composer)? He is composer for this movie.
Nope. I don’t know who that is.
Everything turned out exactly as I said. It’s your turn to answer for the damage caused.
