Hi, I don’t understand the term “one-end product”. Can I use this music as a intro and background for a podcast (there’s gonna be for sure more than one epizode)? Is Music Standard Licence ok for me if I want to have a soundcloud channel and itunes podcast? Thank you!
Hi there,
first of all – thanks for your interest in my track!
As for your question, let me start by saying that it’s envato (the company behind audiojungle) that defines the licenses and not the authors. So – to be absolutely sure – I’d recommend that you open a support ticket to get an answer from the envato staff.
That being said, I think the Music Standard License should cover your case – with a few exceptions…
The following information can also be found here:
http://blog.musicradiocreative.com/podcast-music-licensing/(For future readers of the comments section: The above article dates back to February 2015 – so it should be valid at the time I’m writing this, which is October 2015. Please be aware that envato’s license definitions may have changed in the meantime.)
To quote from the above mentioned article:
1. If you purchase the Music Standard license, there will be a restriction of 10,000 downloads. (With a Music Mass Reproduction License, the number is unlimited.)
2. If the end product is the same, or part of the same series, a single license will be fine, however, if the item is being used for a different end product or purpose, you will require another license.
3. As you are using the item in a series, you would only require a single license. However, because of this, there is a 1 year, or 52 episode, restriction for using an item in a series, in which case you will simply have to purchase a new license upon reaching either mark.
Please also have a look here:

http://audiojungle.net/licenses/faq#what-constitutes-series-aI hope I could help. Yet – like I said before – I don’t claim to know every detail regarding envato’s license definitions (since they are defined by envato). Please contact the envato support staff to be absolutely sure.
In any case, I wish you all the best for your project!
