I’m Gustavo, a music producer and multi-instrumentalist with nearly 20 years of experience, based in Madrid and running my own studio, Retrológico. My work blends analog warmth with modern production: organic textures, real instruments, and emotionally direct arrangements inspired by artists like Nils Frahm, Peter Broderick, and Sigur Rós.
Over the years I’ve composed and produced music for major brands, institutions, and media projects, handling everything from writing and recording to mixing and mastering. My catalog here focuses on cinematic and ambient tracks built for sync use: film, advertising, documentary, and online video, designed to sit comfortably under dialogue and visuals while still carrying emotional weight on their own.
