Onur Elibol music

Who am I?
I have started my musical education with taking private solfège lessons at the age of 10 from my uncle. After getting solfège lessons, started to play pian and got accepted to the Hacettepe Music Faculty in Ankara/Turkey at the age of 12. I have studied Music theory / Solfege / Classical harmony / Oboe / Piano 10 years and Graduated as an Oboe player in Ankara, Turkey, 2007.

What have I done?
While I was studying I have performed with the Hacettepe Symphony Orchestra more than 6 years and with the METU Symphony more than 3 years as an Oboe player. When I was 18, I started to play bass guitar and produce songs at my home studio. After the graduation I left playing Oboe for a while and then decided to continue with Bass guitar. Since then I have worked as a performance/studio musician and performed with well known vocal artists from Turkey and with different bands in funk, fusion, soul, jazz and r&b projects. Beside working as a performance musician, I work on my own studio as a producer and mix engineer.

At the moment I am living in Sweden and still working as a freelance musician and producing songs in my home studio.
