We purchased this twice for 2 different sites. We had issues with one of them that seemed to be to do with our VPS. I paid 3 experts to look into the issues and they could not resolve it. I contacted the T-Mail support and couldn't be more impressed with their service. They looked into the issue, monitored the site to identify the issue and fixed the problem keeping me updated the whole way.

On top of this I've started using the TMail Delivery instead if IMAP which has solved so many IMAP connection restrictions.

The product itself is great, feature rich and works very well.
