The Demandioum OnDemand Home Service App comes with a wide range of features and flexible options in both the user app and admin panel. It’s clear that a lot of work has gone into building a feature-rich system, and we appreciate the effort behind that.
However, after purchasing the full package (three apps) and testing it thoroughly, we ran into two major issues that have made it very difficult to proceed with using the product:
Lack of per-provider pricing: Although the app is marketed as a multi-provider solution, providers cannot set different prices for the same service. This is a fundamental requirement for any true multi-vendor platform. Without this feature, the app doesn't serve the basic logic of a real multi-provider model.
Severe performance issues: We tested the demo and found it noticeably slow. We assumed it might be a hosting issue, so we deployed the app ourselves on a high-spec VPS with fast 5G internet – but unfortunately, the performance was still very poor. The app feels slow across the board, which is concerning for a production-grade solution.
We reached out to the development team over two weeks ago to ask about the possibility of custom development for the per-provider pricing feature, but we haven’t received any response.
Because of these issues, we’re now seriously considering alternative solutions. We hope these problems
