The theme itself is excellent and perfectly meets my needs. However, I am very disappointed with the additional support service. Despite paying extra for support, communication was severely lacking.

Before purchasing, responses were quick to secure the sale, but after payment, support became almost non-existent. I had to hire a third party to resolve my issue.

If a refund for the additional support is agreed upon, I will be happy to update my review to 5 stars for the theme itself, excluding support.
