We tried getting in touch with you multiple times, but no response from your end. I assume you are not in a position to have a discussion which as a result may solve the issue. Errors only occur when there are certain steps which are not performed as explained in the tutorial articles and videos. Also, I'm not sure why you feel the support website is poor, you added a review, before getting in touch with us.

Anyway, this is a response for others as well. Instead of jumping to a conclusion and adding a review, I recommend you first get in touch with us so we can have a healthy discussion to reach a point where we all are happy.
