this is the buggiest, slowest, most bloated theme i've ever purchased. Support is lackluster at best... Just avoid it altogether. I've been battling this theme for several months now, I cannot stress how awful it's been.
Save yourself a ton of time and frustration, and go with literally ANY other theme. I am 1000% dissatisfied, and at this point, the site is down so often it's causing me money.

However, we have never received them from you so far.
