First impression aof theme is very good - but on a deeper sight, many open issues
theme customization is very very limited.
it is not possible to change font, size, padding of the navigation menu
it is not possible to replace the button "book now" on starting page /layout 2
font issues; wrong characters of German ö,ä,ü in headlines (u,o,a with 2 dots above)
on mobile tablet version the header-topline is visible, (should be off)
some codes are not working, only with add. css codes in "customizer"
all in all support could be much better for the customer

If you think this theme has much issue, you can open refund and take refund. This theme used 200+ user without any issue. I think you are asking to much customization which we never advertise
