Apple is rejecting this app, as it matches too many other apps already launched. Nothing makes this app different except the user created content. So if you plan on deploying this on the apple side, know that it will not be approved. Do not waste your time or money.

When creating multiple apps where content is the only varying element, you should offer a single app to deliver differing content to customers. If you would like to offer this content for purchase, it would be appropriate to use the in-app purchase API.
Alternatively, you may consider creating a web app, which looks and behaves similar to a native app when the customer adds it to their Home screen. Refer to the Configuring Web Applications section of the Safari Web Content Guide for more information.

Sir this is not about the app design, if you have read their response. They are saying that there are already many apps with these feature, they are not referring this there are many app with same design or layout.
This is a very common issue with Apple and being a developer you should know this.
You have to convince Apple how your app would be different from other apps on App Store.
This is you are not able to provide an explanation of your App use case, This is not a bug or issue with our App. They sometime reject apps without any reason and when you give them a explanation they approve the same app. Many of our customers were able to get their apps approved without any issue so as long as you have a legit explanation of your app use case your can be approved also.
All of other app on CodeCanYou, they all have the same designs and code, so they also vary in content and language.
