Great product and we love it. However, due to all the options available and the ability to customize the plugin, it is not really very easy for non-technical people to use it. We are fine with it, but our customers would find it very difficult to set it up or change the settings we have created.

Really should something about ease of use for non-technical people..

In summary, a comprehensive product but not for a faint hearted (or non-Technical people)
