We are incredibly disappointed by the lack of support that you have provided us since we downloaded this theme. Initially, we thought this was a perfect theme for our site and it is aesthetically pleasing. However, after reaching out to Neptune-Theme MULTIPLE times for simple questions, we have received no help whatsoever. I do not recommend purchasing this theme and I would like to caution anyone who is considering purchasing this theme.
