Hey Wes! Thanks so much buddy. One of my fave albums ever is “Apollo” by Brian Eno – when I met my wife I discovered it was her favourite album too so that was a good sign we would be compatible. Was trying to evoke the a little of the spirit of that album when I wrote this track. I’m certainly no Eno but looking at trying a few more tracks in the style down the road. Thanks again and congrats to you on all your continued, and well deserved, success.

Thanks PurpleFogSound. I wanted to write something that was quite sparse and peaceful for a change. Certainly made the midi programming and mix a lot simpler than usual!

Edit: I have listened to it now at least 6 times and ask myself if I should buy it. A real highlight in this jungle ! Great idea and perfect mix.

Hi GB – thanks so much, brother. I’m working on a hard edge dub step version with hybrid heavy metal percussion – but I’m worried it’s losing the original intent of the piece. Some of the serenity is being drained away with this approach. But seriously, was great to do a track where I didn’t concern myself with percussion for a change. Tempted to do some more ambient material. All the best matey.
