please let me start by saying that it’s envato (the company behind audiojungle) that defines the licenses and not the authors. So – to be absolutely sure – I’d recommend that you open a support ticket to get an answer from the envato staff.
That being said, I think the standard music license covers your needs (podcasts), as you can read in the ‘examples’ section under point 4 here:
http://audiojungle.net/licenses/terms/music_standardOnly radio and TV are considered ‘broadcasts’ here, for which you would need to buy another license type.
Please be aware that there are some usage restrictions though, if you plan to use this track as a part of a series.

To quote from the above mentioned article:
1. If you purchase the Music Standard license, there will be a restriction of 10,000 downloads. (With a Music Mass Reproduction License, the number is unlimited.)
2. If the end product is the same, or part of the same series, a single license will be fine, however, if the item is being used for a different end product or purpose, you will require another license.
3. As you are using the item in a series, you would only require a single license. However, because of this, there is a 1 year, or 52 episode, restriction for using an item in a series, in which case you will simply have to purchase a new license upon reaching either mark.

I was also wondering about what sounded like subliminal vocals, but I listened again and indeed, it is the audio watermark, “audio jungle.” But it’s kind of nice and mysterious sounding! Beautiful piece; I’ve played it three times now just to listen on my computer.

The music track itself is completely instrumental (without any vocals whatsoever). Maybe you’re referring to the audio watermark in the preview that says ‘Audiojungle’?
If you are – this really is only in the preview (like in all other music tracks on AJ). There’s no vocals in the full version that you can download for free at the moment.

the track is registered with ContentID / AdRev – so you might receive a ‘matched third party content’ notice on your YouTube video.
But – there’s a license certificate included in the free download (as a pdf inside the zip file). With this certificate you should be able to clear any claims easily.
If you receive a notice, simply got to this page: http://adrev.net/contact-us
Enter your details and video link, copy/paste the contents from your License Certificate (that is included in the download) into the message box and submit the form. Claims are removed within 24 – 96 hours.
