A very gritty, dirty, distorted, harsh, and vicious song. Down tempo, but with a relentless drive. The philosophy behind it is the question ‘what if the moth’s journey just begins when it meets the flame?’ The short, creepy, and cloyingly sweet introduction gives way to a grinding journey that doesn’t end, it just fades off into the distance.
If Dante’s Inferno had a soundtrack, I expect it would sound like this.
