Hello, I purchased this track last year with a standard license to use on a non-commercial video.
The video was flagged for a copyright claim to the song and I filed a dispute with my purchased license information.
The claim was accepted a few days later and I got my rights to the video back.
About 5 months later I get another claim on the same video for the same song.
I am wondering why the song is being claimed again for copyright a second time?
Another company (Beatnik) accidentally made copyright claims on this and other AJ tracks, after which I shut them down. However, they discovered that a lot of people are using this and other tracks illegally. I am experimenting with using AdRev for tracking to prevent illegal use of this and other tracks. Unfortunately. it seems to also punish legitimate users. Currently exploring alternate options. Thanks for understanding.
Just to keep in mind if you are thinking of buying this track for use on YouTube content, that you will be made to file copyright disputes on a regular basis. We purchased this on our YouTube Envato account several years ago and to date, we’ve had to file copyright disputes on three separate occasions for the same video for this track. The author does not settle the disputes quickly either, so you are left constantly administrating the process each time. The first time a few years ago would have been plenty enough.
Unfortunately, this and other music from AudioJungle authors are regularly disputed after purchase and it is the main reason why we had to move away from Audiojungle music and use our MCN’s brokered music partner Epidemic Sound.
It’s a lovely track, but it’s not worth the grief for us on our legacy YouTube video content to be constantly administrating it in this way.
I’m trying to find a solution that solves this dilemma. Another company accidentally made copyright claims on this and other AJ tracks, after which I shut them down. Heard this in someone else’s video template on videohive and immediately had to find the name and buy this track. Looking forward to more from you in the future!
Thanks for such a great audio track. Can you please confirm what license i need, regular or extended if i want to use this audio track in my “how to use software” videos. At the moment i have 3 videos, but i intend to create around 20 and i want to use the same “Mechanical Marvel” audio track.
The Audio Jungle staff would know better than I, but I figure that if you’re not using the music in a video/game that is being commercialized, a standard license is fine. If you’re not actually selling these videos, I suggest you get the standard license.
very nice, come as a friend …
