“International” is known as the world proletarian anthem, the anthem of the Communist parties, the socialists and anarchists. Lyrics was written in 1871 by the French poet Eugene Pottier, music – Pierre Degeyter in 1888. From 1922 to 1943 it was the anthem of the USSR, from 1943 to 1991 – of the CPSU.
This music can be used in historical documentaries and events which are dedicated to the revolutionary movement of the early 20th century.
