This is a designed sound of a constantly rising loop, also known as shepard tone. its an audio illusion which seems to get forever higher in tone. This sound can be useful for build ups in trailers and cinematic presentations. used in reverse can be an infinite dropping loop. Infinite Rising Loop 0:22.
