This drums sounds very strong, intense and intensive, heavy, deep and massive, and reminds a heart beat sound. This drums creates a very tense, suspenseful and expressive atmosphere. Also this music has a tension orchestral dramatic strings which sounds very emotional and sorrowful especially in the end of the track. The whole track has a slow development ( or slow growing, or slow evolving ) with a quiet atmospheric ambient piano beginning and with a powerful culmination in the end of the track.
