Hello, As you can see I purchased the single track DRUMSTEP ROCK Not realising I actually needed the pack instead which I then purchased too. can I please have a refund for the single track?
Hello, thanks for purchase! You need to contact the Envato support. If you have not downloaded the track, I think there should not be any problems with refund.

I did try to contact Envato and I could not find anywhere to do that. I read on a forum that you need to start a “Open a Refund Request”
I downloaded the single track only to realise that my editor used 2 songs from the pack so then I had to also buy the pack. The single track was downloaded by mistake but as you can see I then did purchase the pack so you can see I made a mistake.
