Hello, today i tried to buy this track https://audiojungle.net/item/chillstep/19399620?s_rank=29 I made payment by visa card, but after payment was some problems with ur site, so there is no track in my downloads, and my money were spent and funds write-off. U can see the screenshot of transaction. What can i do to donload this track, or to get my money back?

You need to write in support. I, too, does not appear in the sales statistics. Apparently today were problems with site work. I am sure you will quickly decide this question! Thank you!
