I am not an expert, but have downloaded other clips and used them without any problems. When using this clip as background to a web page, I have found that it starts abruptly and doesn’t loop cleanly – disappointed. Hopefully the author will contact me and perhaps point out what I am doing wrong or repair the clip (?).
It should loop cleanly. Otherwise it wouldn’t be approved on this site. But it loops I double checked. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied and you can ask Envato for a refund by opening ticket. If it were up to me I would give you your money back immediately, as I’m a frequent buyer on this site as well. And I know the feeling of being dissapointed by a purchase. If you give me your e-mail I can replace the track with one of the others I have as well.
Thanks for getting back to me so promptly. If you could check the clip the loop and if necessary fix it that would be great. I really like it, but there is a definite ‘jolt’ as it lops when I play it on my pc or when playing on the web. I have downloaded and used clips from the site a number of times and never before had any problems, so I don’t think that I am doing anything wrong. Should I be able to upload the mp3 clip as is and expect it to loop properly?
okay, I think the problem was with the length. I have extended it so it loops seamlessly now. Please give me an e-mail where I can reach you so that I can send you the file.
