We purchased this license for a hiking video on YouTube. We have only used the product for one video. For some reason, someone is claiming a copyright on the video from an individual named HAAWK even though we purchased the license which allows us to use it in one end product which we don’t even charge for.
Can you explain if this is you doing it or someone else? Thank you.
