Hi can I use this song on youtube on a monetized video?

Short answer is yes (though that would be the same for any song on Envato for which you have the appropriate license).
Long answer is that this song is not currently protected by ContentID, so for now you shouldn’t receive any claims against your video. However, it’s possible that I may eventually register it with AdRev to keep it from being registered by someone else. If so, and you subsequently received a third party content claim from AdRev, you could simply clear the claim through AdRev and continue to monetize your video it without issue.
