Hello! I bought this product recently. In the download file the preview song of 5:36min isn’t included. Why is that?

Each version of the song is a separate file, that’s the way we are required to upload files here. Preview file is just all versions playing one after another. That’s the way Envato works. Best regards

BIG BIG Problem !!! I used the preview 5min35s to make my video and when I bought it to replace everything’s broked because it’s a 2min05s version !!! WTF ???

Hi! Sorry to hear this. The preview contains all the versions of the track played in a row as a one file, but the actual versions are separate files. This is the way Envato requiers us to upload items. Don’t worry, we will contact you via email and replicate preview file without watermark for you.
