Max- Music, I have recieved an email from envato market and they gave me free files for the month of may and it has your audio “element” included for free download, Now my question is since it was given us for free? are we allowed to used it in our videos and where can I get a license certificate to proof that I am authorized to used the audio file?

Yes I agree. but what I am trying to figure out is is there any license certificate for that audio? it is answerable by “Yes or No”. And my second question is what if i will use that audio in our video and someone will file copyright? how can we dispute their copyright claims if I don’t have a license?
