Hey Grooving Gecko, sorry for placing this here but AdRev/Fuga wont clear the claim on my YouTube video that features this track even though I submitted license details in the dispute dialogue. Emails and forms submissions are not getting answered. Any way to get the claim cleared? My video has more than 4m views and all the ad earnings are being held back. Not cool, things like this will cause me to avoid licensing your great music in the future…

If there is no broadcast, then I would suppose so, yes! You can upgrade the license later if the movie gets big.
