Thanks for choosing my sound effect. I took a look at your powerpoint document, and everything works fine on my end – I can hear the sound effect play when I click the icon. I’m not sure what the issue is but it must be with your machine or powerpoint on your end, as everything seems to be working fine on my end. Sorry I can’t help more than that! -Patrick
