I had purchased an envato Birthday Bundle which included this item.

Today I got a copyright notice for using this track in my video. If this is something initiated at your end and is intended at monetising the videos created by your buyers, the same is completely unacceptable.

If it is more to do with stopping unauthorised use of your product, this additional step of raising a dispute is an unnecessary step and can even affect youtube channel’s standing.

I have also submitted a dispute for the same and would hope you oblige.

Last but not the least if this a malicious claim made by someone, which is what many organizations have been doing lately, claiming Public Domain or other widely used content as their own. I would request you to contact youtube and inform them about the same.
