I purchased a license for Istanbul Authentic to be used in a film documentary. When I imported it into Final Cut Pro X, the audio was very degraded. I examined it in a separate editor and it looked to have been recorded much too hot. Much of it was way over the top.
This was my first purchase from you, perhaps you will help me resolve the problem (I’m under certain time constraints, so please reply promptly.
Hello my friend. Thanks for your purchase firstly but I don’t understand. I checked up again but there is no problem in the audio RMS Short Term is -10 and this is world standard. There is no clip or distortion. May be it’s about Final Cut but not recorded hot, mastered in normal levels. You can open a limiter master out or if you want I send you a slightly lower version.
