Hi. Since now this royalty free music is protected and registered with ContentID and you may receive a ‘matched third party content’ notice on your video. This is perfectly normal, your channel’s standing will not be affected in any way and your videos will not be removed. To clear a copyright claim from your video (if you are a YouTube Partner trying to monetize your video, for example), simply visit this page , enter your details and video link and copy/paste the contents from your purchased License Certificate into the message box and submit. Hi, I just repealed the claim again.
Apparently the producers of a Bollywood movie used your song and added lyrics to it.
So the YouTube content ID match system claimed all of our videos that used your song.
You created your song in 2013, correct?
The movie came out in 2016. This is the movie – “Hai Apna Dil Toh Awara” http://www.imdb.com/title/tt5752458/

I got this file during it’s free month some time ago, and I have a readme.pdf with a “Thanks for purchasing this item…” and some links, but I also had Youtube flag it. I disputed and ZeeMusic did not approve it and now am facing a copyright strike. I wrote in the dispute what you wrote above that “I got a license from AudioJungle.net and have the rights to use this audio track in this video…” but that didn’t work.

Just an update: I reached out to them(Envato), all they had to say was dispute it with the licensing info, which is what I’ve done already and the company rejected it.

Hi, I’m also having the same problem with Zeemusiccompany placing a claim on my YouTube video for using your song. They claim that the audio matches the song by “Pervez Quadir” titled “Tere Ishq Ne Nachaaya”.
Their song sounds nothing like yours.

Youtube may consider an appeal up to 30 days. Unfortunately.
Zeemusiccompany is claiming ownership of your music on Youtube. You need to contact Youtube to file a complaint. Right now they are making money off of your music THAT I PURCHASED a license to use. Very frustrating…please let me know when this is corrected so I can file a dispute claim on my video and get it released. Right now, if I dispute it again, they will yank my video down permanently and put a strike on my account.

Actually I downloaded this song as a free file a long time back, and used it on one of my youtube video, recently I got a copyright claim for this audio from Zee Music Company. Have you sold the rights to them? How could they even claim a music for which you are the rightful owner? Can I file a dispute?
Thay don’t have any rights except maybe a license to use it as all other buyers do. I’ll try to conect with them.

Thanks for buing! Yes you can. If you really need a typed license – you can open a ticket. But I think it’s enough to put into the video’s description: “Music in this video is used under license from the rights holder”. That’s advice from Envato’s Knowledgebase.
