Hello there! Thanks for contacting me. For tv, cinema etc. you’ll have to purchase the fifth license (broadcast & film) which includes cinema, broadcast and theatrical plays. For tv, YouTube and commercials (without cinema) you’ll have to purchase fourth license (Music Broadcast 10m) Hope it helps. Cheers!
Sorry Andrew, its beyond my budget. Even my Ad is not costing that much. Just check if you can give me some discount and allow me to use 3rd license. Though its an ad but our product is an educational product and not like a coke or pepsi.

Well, I suppose the third one will be enough, just let’s have a deal: if (or when) your ad will make it to the Big Screens (huge theatrical trailers/ads), you will then change the type of your license, so it will be maximum legal and covered. Andrew, I am a school teacher in Singapore and would like to purchase the standard license for this music for my students who are doing up a video for an Anti-Drug Video Competition organised by the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB). However, CNB has included these in their competition requirements:
• By submitting a video to this competition, participants grant to CNB a royalty-free license to copy, distribute, modify, display and perform publicly and otherwise use, and authorise others to use, your video for any educational purpose throughout the world and in any media without requirement for any further consent, compensation or approval from participants. • CNB reserves the right to make your video available to the general public from its website, Facebook and Instagram, and to distribute it to groups and any other organisations interested in showing it for educational purposes, including, but not limited to, on Internet sites, at conferences and events, on television, and other media outlets.
My question: Could just purchasing the standard license be enough? Anyway, it wasn’t our intend to broadcast our video.
