I have downloaded this song while it was featured as “free file of the month” in september 2013 and I’m using it in my video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=57Bk_bE3EsQ

However, I just received the copyright claim mentioned above (“Chap 2 Para 2 – Stonehenge (The giants)-10038-DNC – EFFE”). I am of course contesting it and if YouTube refuses my contestation I will just take my video offline. I don’t want those scum to profit from your work.

1. Copyright protection: While testing the “downloaded preview”(around 30s from the start) with our footage we’ve received following information from youtube: rights to this music reffer to: “Chap 2 Para 2 – Stonehenge (The giants)-10038-DNC – EFFE ”. Can we cancel this claim after buying the license from you?

2. Do we have to make a special claim to youtube for each video we post where we use your soundtrack? (it will be used in the intro for a series of lectures)

3. If we use your music as an intro to a youtube series of lectures, what distribution limits apply to us?
