Can I use this as a background to advertisements during multiple episodes of a podcast?

I’ve read through that and all the forums and can’t see if Envato sees multiple episodes of a single podcast as 1 end product or multiples or even if a Podcast is okay as “most web uses” or a sue-able offense since it’s an “online equivalent” to “TV/Radio”. I’m hoping to find an artist who can answer that or do an independent contract for a song they can give me that permission for…?
