‘Weeping Strings Piano Lament’ is a slow, sorrowful, orchestral piece with tender piano and violins that cry out with heartache and emotion. The music breathes in and out in a calming rhythm and gradually builds up to an exhilarating conclusion with full string section. The ending therefore provides a feeling of warmth and hope.
This track would be well suited to sentimental, emotional films and movies, or adverts in which a slow and wistful mood is desired. The sadness of the piano is ideal for scenes in which a feeling of loneliness is present, and the triumphant finale reclaims the track in a powerful way.
Three versions of the track are included – a 1 minute version, a 1min 30sec version, and the full length track of 4 min 4 sec. The full length version has an interesting mid-section, adding variation that the shorter versions do not have. Instruments within the arrangement include piano, cello and violins (both normal and pizzicato), and a harp.
