First of all, thank you for choosing my music.

Secondly, don’t worry – this is a completely normal part of the ContentID system on YouTube. Many music authors such as myself register our works with ContentID to protect them from theft and unlicensed usage. Companies like AdRev and Identifyy help manage this for us.

Since you purchased a license, you’re good to go! Simply dispute the claim via YouTube, using your license certificate obtained from the Downloads section of your Envato Market account. This is the standard process for clearing claims.

Alternatively, you can send me the link to the video and I can submit a manual request to Identifyy (my ContentID service provider) to remove the claim. You can use the message box on the bottom right corner of my profile page here on AudioJungle.

That’s very odd. Are you subscribed to Envato Elements? This track was briefly a part of Elements so there’s a chance you found it there. As for pricing, this track has had a single-use license fee of at least $29 for a good few years now.

I have no idea why that would be happening, but I do encourage you to contact Envato support. It might be a glitch in their system? Please let me know what their response is.
