This Tibetan singing bowl is played by the friction of rubbing rubber mallet around the rim of the bowl to emphasize the harmonic overtones and a continuous ‘singing’ sound. This bowl is in the key of G, the Throat Chakra which is located in the base of the the throat. It is related to communication, phrasing, and speaking the truth.
