The descending scale is a familiar chord progression and has been interpreted in many different ways. This version takes acoustic 12 string guitars and clean ringing guitars and gradually builds up with echoey guitars, string sections, violins and choirs until we reach a crescendo with more distorted guitars.
Repetition is the key here with the same chord progression repeating, but with different textures and layers being added as we go along.
