Apologies for the delay in responding as I’ve only just noticed your question.

Firstly thanks for purchasing a License to my music. Occasionally YouTube will automatically place advertising on my music. If this happens, you’re correct that you can use your purchased License Certificate to clear the claim with YouTube.

Also, if you wish, you can send me a link to your YouTube channel, so I can whitelist it so no further claims will appear if you use my music on future videos. Hope this explains it and please let me know if you need any further help.

Yes, when you buy the standard license, you may use this music on all your YouTube videos, for one year. After one year, you must purchase a new license, in order to renew it.

Yes, you’ve got the correct License, so nothing to worry about there.

Once you’ve uploaded your video to YouTube and it’s gone live, simply visit adrev.net/contact-us, enter your details, video link that features my music and copy/paste the contents of your purchased License Certificate into the message box. (the License Certificate is available from the ‘Downloads’ section in your Envato account).

This will show YouTube that you are a License holder and prevent any copyright notices from appearing on your video featuring my music. Please follow the steps above if you use my music on future videos too.

Thanks for reaching out. My music is digitally tracked by AdRev when used on YouTube and a purchased License Certificate is used to manage this.

As per the instructions on my AudioJungle music pages, all you need to do once your video that features my music has gone live on YouTube, is to visit adrev.net/contact-us, enter your details, video link and copy/paste the details from your purchased License Certificate into the message box.

This means YouTube/AdRev can see that you are a genuine License holder, have ‘commercial use rights’ and as a result, will remove any claims. You’ll receive a message from them within 24-96 hours advising that this has been done. You’ll also be able to monetize the video after completing this step.

If you’ve already disputed it via YouTube advising them you have a License Certificate, then all should be fine and the claim will be removed within 24-96 hours. There’s nothing else you need to do.

If you still need help after this however or the claim isn’t removed after this time, for whatever reason, just send me a message with a link to your video via my profile page here (bottom right of the page) and I’ll get it manually cleared for you.

I’ve got all my music tracked by YouTube for copyright purposes so it’s perfectly normal to receive a copyright notification on my music and nothing to worry about – especially as you have a License Certificate for this very purpose.
