How would it sound if James Bond starred in a luxurious and exclusive whiskey commercial? Or how would the opening titles of a 90s crime drama sound like?
I wanted to create a soundtrack fitting for this type of scenarios, the result is this mysterious and dramatic big band jazz.
I combined traditional big band instruments such as jazz drums, an upright piano, an upright bass and also brass in the form of trumpets and saxophones with more orchestral instruments such as a violin, a cello and bells. This created a very grand and elegant sound evoking mystery and feelings of danger.
This mysterious and dramatic big band track is aimed for:
