Mussorgsky Interlude 3 Pictures at an Exhibition

Mussorgsky Interlude 3 Pictures at an Exhibition

Music Description

Pictures at an Exhibition (Pictures from an Exhibition – A Remembrance of Viktor Hartmann; French: Tableaux d’une exposition) is a suite in ten movements (plus a recurring, varied Promenade) composed for piano by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky in 1874.

The light touch of the acoustic solo piano makes this piece great for nature videos and time lapse movies. The light, nostalgic feel of the piece combined with the nobility and elegance of Mussorgsky’s theme make it a great piece for memorial videos and photo slideshows as well.
