Mussorgsky Interlude 2 Pictures at an Exhibition

Mussorgsky Interlude 2 Pictures at an Exhibition

Music Description

Pictures at an Exhibition (Pictures from an Exhibition – A Remembrance of Viktor Hartmann; French: Tableaux d’une exposition) is a suite in ten movements (plus a recurring, varied Promenade) composed for piano by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky in 1874.

Interlude 2 is the most upbeat of the four interludes in Pictures at an Exhibition. The grand, noble feel of the music makes it great background music for an elegant photo slideshow or video.
