Minuet in G major is a keyboard piece included in the 1725 Notebook for Anna Magdalena Bach. Until 1970, it was attributed to famous German composer Johann Sebastian Bach, but it is now universally attributed to another German composer of that era, Christian Petzold. It is from a harpsichord suite by Petzold.
This popular piece is a 32-measure piece primarily in the key of G major. I have played this piece on a Steinway concert piano in a steady tempo which depicts the dance form of a minuet. It is a very bright, and full of life Minuet ideal for your projects needing a happy classical piano music.
