My arrangement of this traditional public domain Canadian folk song “Maggie” which was written by Johnson and Butterfield in the late 19th Century. Often played by Irish folk players. I play it on a steel strung acoustic guitar in a celtic finger picking style. It has a peaceful and romantic feel and would particularly suit a film, TV, documentary, or advertising project.
