This is my own rendition of the famous Dies Irae (Day of Wrath) chant that is heard in so many Horror films. The main theme opens with Cathedral Organ and Male choir and a counter melody appears with strings, female choir and glockenspiel. On the repeat, the full orchestra comes crashing in with a dramatic fortissimo. A new theme appears and all the parts intertwine in an almost fugal manner before a big final choral cadence, which ends with a dramatic timpani roll into a Cymbal crash and Gong. This would suit a a Horror scene especially one set in a cemetery or crypt.
