First it said that the track is over 7 minutes long but when I downloaded it, it was only 2 minutes and 13 sec long. SO WTF?

Otto,
I sent you a detailed response a few minutes after your rating and email, explaining that the 'main length' of the track and length/duration of every 'version' of the track are written in the track's description and in the track's information in the bottom right when you purchase the track. It's the same system across the whole Audiojungle marketplace, and I'm not doing anything differently to anyone else. Moreover, it's out of my control if a user thinks the preview file duration is the duration of the main track.
Also, both in my track's description and also in the support email I sent you, I clearly state that I can give clients and buyers 'free edits and arrangements', meaning I can make a 7 loop version of this track so that you can use it in your project in the best way possible for you.
You still haven't replied to this, even though I sent another email asking if you need any further clarifications.
Please take a step back and consider if this rating is unfair and unreasonable.
